It’s NRC Wednesday and time again to run with great people!! Come on out and join us at Martin’s Barb B-Que at 6:15 for a few fun miles and then stick around after for a post run meal.

This week we are staying put and eating at Martin’s!

Just a reminder or if you have been thinking about joining us, we have pace groups so that everyone has someone to run with. We definately live by the saying, “No Runner Left Behind!”

See everyone tomorrow!  BTW… We will have fluids available along the routes as it is looking like it will be another hot run!!
