Remember breakfast is critical for runners as it not only provides energy your body needs during your miles but also assists your muscles to recover. Running plans are as follows:
6:30 a.m. from Mama’s Java – The Singers and Traci are running 13 miles between 8:45-9:00 for pace
8 a.m. from Mama’s Java – Scott, Amy, Mike, and Danielle are running 12 miles at a 9:00ish pace
8 a.m. from Mama’s Java – Kelli, Shawn, Suzanne, Tiffany, Kim, Lauren, Steve, etc. are running between 8-10 miles at a 11ish pace
