This Saturday (Feb. 9th), NRC will have many runners participating in the Cedars Frostbite Half Marathon in Lebanon, TN. Start time for the race is 11:00 a.m. and registration begins at 9:00 a.m.
Some people are racing, whereas others are using the inexpensive entry fee as an opportunity for a long run field trip!

Here are the plans for those sticking around Nolensville/Brentwood:
6:30 a.m From the Concord Y – Zack is leading a group for 17 miles; 9ish pace. He will stop back at the start at 7:30 a.m. to pick up others wanting closer to 10 miles
8:00 a.m. From Mama’s Java – Rachel, Kathy, and Tammy will be running around 6 miles; 10ish pace
