Join NRC every Wednesday evening starting from the Nolensville Elementary School located at 2338 Rocky Ford Rd.  Beginning at 6:15 pm, Scott starts off the night with any upcoming events or other NRC announcements.  At 6:25 pm, we run!

We run anywhere from 2 or 3 miles up to 7 and typically have 6 general pace groups represented which are 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, and 11:00 minute miles. We also have interval groups as well as walkers. Once each pace group assembles, the individuals in that group decide on mileage and a more specific pace that everyone prefers to run.  Scott always does a great job making sure that all newcomers have someone to run with!
