This weekend brings one of NRC’s favorite races of the year.  The Murfreesboro Middle Half will be flooded with NRC runners!!  Best of luck to all those running, especially to those who will be tackling their first half marathon.  Now is the time to enjoy the reward of all the hard training!

For those not racing, there are some plans emerging:
5:15 AM from Mamas Java – Amy L, Katherine, and Tracy are running 6-7 miles; somewhere in the neighborhood of 10:00/11:00 for pace
