Wednesday’s with NRC

Every Wednesday, NRC meets at 6:15 pm at Nolensville Town Hall.  If you have not joined us yet but have been thinking about it, make this week your week! We would love to see you.

We run anywhere from 3 miles up to 7 and typically have 4 general pace groups represented which are 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, and 11:00 minute miles. Once each pace group assembles, the individuals in that group decide on mileage and a more specific pace that everyone prefers to run.  Scott always does a great job making sure that all newcomers have someone to run with!

Post run we head to a local restaurant to eat as a group.  Here is our upcoming calendar.

4/10                McDougal’s

4/17                Amico’s

4/24                Uncle Bud’s
