7am – Kelli, Suzanne, and Kelly Dever meeting to run 6 miles at a 10:30 to 11:00 pace

Happy Thanksgiving NRC

We will not be gathering for our regular Wednesday run this week due to Thanksgiving but check back on Friday for weekend running plans.

Of course, there is a chance to still run with NRC this week on Thanksgiving Day.  Many NRC runners will be taking on the  2012 Turkey Trot 5K Benefitting Graceworks Ministries.

Saturday November 17th Running Plans

Just a week after Ragnar and we have more NRC runners racing this weekend!  Good luck to our NRC ladies running in the Viva La Diva 10 miler or 5k.  Represent well ladies!

On Sunday, our own John Pryor and David Dye will take on the Flying Monkey Marathon. Luckily for them, we will have an official NRC drink stop staffed with 22 volunteers cheering them on and offering support.

Scott and I are running 10 miles at a 9ish pace starting from Mama’s Java at 7:15 am tomorrow. Anyone is welcome to join!!

There are a few (Travis, Shawn, Lauren) running 16 miles from the Concord Y at 6:15 am; 11ish pace

Wendy Mucci and others are running 4 miles from Mama’s Java starting at 8am. I believe pace is somwhere between 10 and 11.

October 27 Running Plans

Running plans for this weekend are coming in!

On Saturday- Starting from the Concord Y at 6 am  Lauren plans to run 18 miles with Rachel and Steve at around a 12 minute pace

On Sunday I am running 8-10 miles with Joe and Lisa Singer in the low 9’s for pace starting from Mama’s Java

Per the usual I will add more as I learn additional plans…

On another note, looking ahead for the holidays!!  Save December 8th from 6PM-10PM for the 2nd annual NRC Christmas party!  We will be renting a party room in Lennox Village and spouses and kids will be welcome. Stay tuned for additional details!!

NRC = Nolensville Runs in Costume!

NRC this week means Nolensville Runs in Costume!!  That’s right, NRC will be running through the streets of Nolensville to celebrate Halloween!!!   All those in costume will have a chance to win prizes.  After the run we will head to Uncle Bud’s for our post run meal.

Beginning this week however, we will start our Wednesday evening runs at Nolensville Town Hall (across from Uncle Bud’s) rather than Martin’s Barb B Que.  We typically do this during the fall and winter months to stay warm during Scott’s announcements. 🙂 Meeting time is still 6:15 p.m.

Just a reminder that we always want our runners to be safe!  Don’t forget your reflective gear, blinking lights and head lamps!!

Run Happy All!!
